I would just like to say thank you to John and his tech Rob. My AC went out, I have my 91 year old mom at the house. Could not find anyone to help quickly. John assured me he would have someone to me before noon the next day. Rob was at the house by 10am. I can never thank them enough. There are still people out there that care.
I just want to express my appreciation for the wonderful work that Taylor Electric in Waldorf did for my family. Our heating furnace went out on Monday and my husband called at 7 am on Tuesday, a service technician was out to our home by 9:45. Within an hour we had heat!
Rob was VERY professional and friendly. Explained exactly what was wrong with our gas furnace, showed me the parts that were broke and had us up and running in no time!!!
